My plans changed so I had to ask for a refund. It took a bit of back and forth, which was kinda annoying, but they did get it sorted and the money came back fine. Overall, fair enough experiance.

"Sound Issues Made It Hard to Enjoy"
I really wanted to like the show, but I couldn’t hear half of it because the sound kept crackling on and off. At first I thought maybe it was just my seat or my ears acting up, I did spend the afternoon around a bunch of traffic, so who knows, but it seemed like other people were noticing it too. The weird part was that nobody appeared to be fixing it, or at least it didn’t improve. Kind of a shame, because from what I could make out, the performance seemed decent

"Location felt like an afterthought"
The venue was way too far out and getting there took forever. It felt like they picked the cheapest or most convenient spot for themselves rather than thinking about the people actually attending. Just gave me that vibe that saving money mattered more than the customer experience.

"Busy, but handled well"
It was a bit crowded when I first got there, and reading between the lines, they were probably dealing with a busier rush than usual. Still, the staff kept the queue moving at a decent pace, so it didn’t feel too frustrating.

"Not my kind of venue, honestly"
Went here for a night out and the show itself was decent enough, but I couldn’t really get past how grubby the venue felt. I’ll admit I’m a bit picky when it comes to cleanliness, but the toilets were a mess, the floors were sticky, and the whole place just felt like it hadn’t had a proper clean. The staff were fine, no real issue there, but the state of the venue really put me off. I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back unless they sort it out.

"Pretty average, honestly"
As someone who’s usually all about a good burger-and-chips combo, this was a bit underwhelming. The burger was fine, nothing amazing but not bad, and the chips were cold, which kind of ruined it for me.

"Good view, a little cramped"
I could see the stage just fine, which was great. The seats were a bit tight though. I’ve been to a few shows where the seating felt more comfortable, but overall it was still a decent experience
"Really poor way to treat paying customers"
I booked tickets through justthetonic and just needed help with a simple change, nothing complicated. I emailed customer service and felt completely ignored for ages. When someone finally did reply, it was really short and didn’t help at all. No apology, no proper solution, nothing that made me feel like they cared. I think it’s unfair to take people’s money and then treat them like an inconvenience when they need support. I wouldn’t use them again if this is how they deal with customers.

"A Night That Never Quite Took Off"
I went in that night hoping it would be one of those fun, easy evenings where you end up laughing way more than expected. At first, the crowd seemed ready for it too, and there were a couple moments that actually got a good laugh out of me. But as the show went on, it started to feel kind of uneven. Some parts seemed rushed, like they hadn’t been fully worked out, and the energy in the room never really built up the way I hoped it would. People were trying to get into it, but it just didn’t quite click. I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but by the end I remember thinking it just wasn’t really worth it for me.

I went for a comedy night the show itself was decent, but the seats completely ruined it for me. They were so cramped and hard, like sitting on a wooden box for the whole evening. I don’t even usually complain about seating, I’ve sat through budget flights and school plays, so my standards aren’t exactly luxury — but this was rough. There was barely any leg room, and I spent half the night shifting around trying to get comfortable instead of just enjoying the jokes. By the time I left, my back was aching. Shame really, because the atmosphere was fine, but I wouldn’t book again unless they do something about the seating

"Decent Show, but the Bar Was a Bit of a Letdown"
The show itself was decent enough and I still had an okay night overall, but the bar service really dragged the experience down a bit. The queue moved so slowly that it started to feel like we were spending half the evening just waiting to get served, and the staff either seemed really stressed, understaffed, or just not that bothered, hard to tell exactly, but it definitely didn’t feel very organised. It took ages just to get two drinks, which was frustrating because we weren’t ordering anything complicated. The prices also felt steep for what we got, and one of the drinks ended up being wrong, but I couldn’t face joining the queue again to get it fixed. It wasn’t a terrible night by any means, and the actual show was fine, but the bar situation definitely needs sorting because it made the whole evening feel more hassle than it needed to be...

The staff really didn’t come across as friendly, and even basic questions seemed to annoy them. It’s one of those things that reminds you how much the people working there can shape the whole experience. The night ended up feeling awkward when it really didn’t have to.

"Pretty rough with a screen reader"
I tried using Just the Tonic with my screen reader and, it was kind of a nightmare. A few buttons weren’t labeled clearly, the pages kept jumping around, and finding the booking info meant tabbing through way too much stuff. It really feels like they didn’t put much thought into accessibility. I ended up giving up and asking someone else to help, which is frustrating because I shouldn’t have to do that just to book something.

"Not really my kind of night"
Went out for a comedy night. the place felt grim. Too crowded. Floors were sticky. Air felt bad. Just no real vibe. I wanted to enjoy the show, but it was hard to relax in that room. Wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back

I tried booking tickets, but the site kept freezing right when I got to payment. There wasn’t any clear error message or anything, so I had to start over twice. Super frustrating and not worth the hassle

"Drink prices felt ridiculous"
I went there for a show and the drink prices caught me off guard. Everything was way more expensive than I expected, and I ended up feeling kind of pressured to just pay it since I was already there. It definitely took some of the fun out of the night for me.
